This 1930's metal display case started out as a rusty mess. I sand
blasted most of the rust and removed the rest by a process called
electrolysis. After the metal was cleaned, I painted the entire case
with a textured paint. The glass front panel was hand painted, a new
bottom wooden rack was made, and the lighting was rewired.
